Fine Deposit for Daily & Weekly Rental:

AED 1000 Block from credit card which will be released after 30 days.

Fine Deposit for Monthly Rental:

AED 1000 Cash which will refund after 15 days after closing of agreement.

Note: if any fine born during the rental period will be settled immediately.

Rental Payments:

Full advance with vat.Customer can pay by cash/card/bank transfer/ATM deposit.

VAT charge:

5% on total amount except fines & salik.

Salik charge:

Dubai and Abu Dhabi salik will be charge 5 AED for each crossing.

INSURANCE:-

To get the insurance hirer Driving License must be 1 year old & his/her age must be 25year, IF Hirer is less than 25 years or having license less than one year than have to 10% + 10% of the whole damage in case of his or her mistake.

Note:

CDW full cover insurance is available on request.

Accident Conditions:-

In the event of an accident or damage, the renter must notify the police immediately and obtain a police report.

1. If hirer got Faulty/Liable party report from police then he/she has to pay insurance excess AED 1,500.
2. If hirer got Non Faulty/Affected party report from police then nothing to pay.
3. If hirer got Non Faulty/Affected party (Unknown) report from police but without mentioning faulty/Liable party in the report then he/she has to pay insurance excess AED 1,500.

Kilometer Limit

1. All our cars are non-smoking. We request that clients do not smoke inside the vehicles, as smoking odors’ and/or cigarette burns are subject to penalties of minimum AED 500.
2. The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel that it had when the vehicle was handed over. If the fuel level is lower, will be charge accordingly.
3. If hirer take clean car & return unclean then cleaning charges will be there according to cleaner bils.
4. Hirer will inform us when the car regular oil service is due (oil svs,break svs etc)
5. Vehicle insurance is valid only in UAE.
6. any dispute between hirer & Transporter will be resolve according to UAE law.
